Purchase terms for AutoDay Plus

The service

AutoDay Plus provides the planning features described on the Plus page. The calendar and features listed as AutoDay Free can be used without payment. An AutoDay account and internet connection are required to create new Plus suggestions. Saved plans can still be read, edited and exported after Plus ends.

Free trial

When the campaign is available, an account with a verified email address can activate a free 30-day Plus trial. One trial per account, starting when you activate it yourself. No payment details are required. It creates no paid subscription and does not automatically become a paid service. You do not need to cancel the trial. After the end date, continue with Free unless you buy Plus yourself or have other valid Plus time. Saved activities and plans remain available to read, edit and export.

Prices and available purchases

Choose SEK 19 for one month or SEK 199 for one year. Stripe subscriptions cost USD 1.99 per month or USD 19.99 per year when English is selected, or SEK 19 per month or SEK 199 per year when Swedish is selected. Prices include any applicable tax, which is calculated from your billing address and shown at checkout and on your receipt. The annual USD price saves USD 3.89 compared with twelve monthly payments. Select your actual billing country separately from the language. Bank purchases are charged in SEK. The annual price is approximately SEK 16.58 per month, but the full annual amount is paid at once. There is no joining fee. Stripe subscriptions are sold to customers in Sweden and the United States. Bank purchases remain available to customers in Sweden only. The Plus page shows which payment methods are currently available; describing a method here does not mean it is open for purchases.

Subscriptions through Stripe

When Stripe checkout is available, payment takes place there. The subscription starts when payment is confirmed and automatically renews at SEK 19 per month or SEK 199 per year, or USD 1.99 per month or USD 19.99 per year, in the currency you chose at checkout, for the same billing period until cancelled. The amount and currency shown before payment apply to subsequent renewals unless a price change is notified in accordance with applicable law. Changing the app language does not change the currency or price of an existing subscription. A Stripe subscription is separate from a prepaid bank purchase.

If you choose Klarna in Stripe checkout, the Klarna payment terms shown there also apply. Klarna determines which payment options are available to you. Follow Klarna’s payment instructions. Do not pay a Klarna payment to our Swedish bankgiro account.

Prepaid Plus time by bank payment

When bank purchases are available, order one month of Plus for SEK 19 or one year for SEK 199. This is a one-off payment for a fixed period and does not renew automatically. Make a new purchase yourself to continue afterwards. A bank purchase does not start a Stripe subscription or change an existing subscription’s automatic renewal.

Bank orders are available to accounts without a previous Stripe connection. If you have a current or previous Stripe purchase, use the customer portal or contact support for reconciliation before bank purchases can be opened for your account. The saved terms version for your bank purchase is displayed before ordering.

Sign in to your AutoDay account with a verified email address. Before ordering, confirm that you are a customer in Sweden, have read the terms and accept the obligation to pay. Your order shows the company’s payment details, exact amount and a unique payment reference. Pay only once and use the details from that particular order. The reference links payment to the signed-in account; payment without the right reference requires manual investigation. Contact support if the amount or reference is wrong.

Creating an order or stating that you sent payment does not activate Plus. We first check that the money has reached the company’s bank account. Once confirmed, the Plus page shows payment status, the purchased period and a receipt. Bank payments and manual checks take time; contact support with the reference about pending payments.

The purchased time starts at confirmation or after your existing valid Plus time ends, including an active trial. A month or year means a calendar month or calendar year. Start and end dates are shown after confirmation. Your remaining trial and other valid Plus time are preserved. Bank-purchase access ends automatically at expiry; your saved plans remain.

Cancellation

If you bought a paid Plus subscription through Stripe, cancel at any time using Manage subscription on the Plus page or by contacting us. The button appears when your account has a Stripe subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep Plus until the end of the period paid for, unless the contract ends earlier following withdrawal or a refund. There is no additional notice period.

Complimentary Plus time from AutoDay or redeemed referral points is not a paid subscription and does not renew automatically. There is no Stripe subscription to cancel for that time.

Prepaid bank time does not need cancellation because it does not renew automatically. Any separate Stripe subscription must still be cancelled to stop its future renewals.

Referral points

A new user can enter a friend’s referral code within 24 hours of registration. The friend receives 25 points once the new user has verified their email and made their first real Plus payment through Stripe. Manual bank purchases currently do not earn referral points. Redeem 100 points for one free Plus month. Redemption is available when no paid Plus subscription is active, so periods do not overlap. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers in Sweden generally have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of entering into the contract. We also offer consumers in the United States a 14-day withdrawal period. Mandatory local consumer rights are unaffected. For a Stripe subscription, use Withdraw from purchase within 14 days on the Plus page while signed in. For bank purchases, use Withdraw from bank purchase within 14 days in the confirmed order; it is available for 14 days after payment confirmation. You can always contact us to withdraw from a pending or confirmed order.

You may also email support@autoday.se or write to the address above. State the account email address, any order reference and that you want to withdraw from AutoDay Plus. You do not need to give a reason. We confirm receipt and handle the refund under the applicable rules. The withdrawal button notifies us of your request; it does not make a bank transfer. Stopping future renewals in Stripe’s customer portal is different from notifying us that you are withdrawing from the purchase.
