Version 2026-10-25. These rules cover Shared responsibility in AutoDay, operated by SkatteFix AB.
Plan together with respect
Shared responsibility lets you plan individual commitments with people you invite. Participants see the shared title, time window, membership, responsibility and completion status. Personal calendars remain private.
Accept these rules before creating or joining a commitment, inviting someone, or taking and updating responsibility. We record the rule version and acceptance time on your account. Reading, reporting, blocking, leaving and deleting remain available without a new acceptance.
Prohibited content and behaviour
- Threats, harassment, bullying, hate or incitement to violence.
- Sexually explicit content or content that exploits or harms children.
- Illegal content, fraud, spam or attempts to bypass blocks or sharing restrictions.
- Other people's private or sensitive information without the right to share it, or content that violates someone else's rights.
Share only what your commitment needs. Do not post invitation codes publicly or give them to people who should not have access to the commitment.
Report a commitment or participant
Choose Report for the commitment or participant and select a reason. An optional description can help us understand the issue. The app provides a case number after your report has been saved.
Your report goes to authorised AutoDay moderators at SkatteFix AB. It includes the relevant shared title, account identifiers, reason and any description you provide. Your personal calendar and invitation code are not included. The reporting feature does not show your identity to other participants.
We can review reports, remove shared commitments that violate these rules and temporarily restrict an account's sharing features. A sharing restriction does not prevent local calendar use or account deletion. Reporting is not an emergency service.
Block or leave
Blocking ends your shared memberships: the blocked participant is removed from commitments you own; you leave other commitments where you are both members. Responsibility is released as needed. Blocking does not delete anyone's personal calendar or unrelated commitments.
You cannot join the same commitment while either account blocks the other. Unblock through Blocked participants. Unblocking does not restore previous memberships. Leaving is always a separate action and does not require a report.
Retention and contact
Reports and related moderation history become unavailable for review 90 days after the report was created. They are then deleted at the next daily cleanup, normally within 24 hours. A decision does not extend the deadline. Account deletion removes rule acceptances, blocks and active sharing restrictions. Account links and optional report text are minimised; a limited report about shared content may remain until cleanup.
See the privacy policy and account deletion information. For questions about these rules or a moderation decision, contact support@autoday.se. Do not send passwords or a private calendar file.
